After you confirm that you understand all steps you will be asked to fill in a short form and then you will receive your RMA #

Step 1

Return by USPS mail or Canada post mail only. (If you ship by courier it will be rejected due to extra charges)

Indicate the RMA # ( You will receive this number after completing the Return Procedure ) in large letters on the shipping label outside of the box

Condition

If you are shipping from USA you must declare:
RETURNING TO SELLER FOR REFUND / REPAIR / EXCHANGE

Please note:

  • Failure to do any of the above steps means we will reject your package upon attempted delivery

  • Keep your tracking # on file so you can see where your package is in transit

  • Any duties, taxes, brokerage charges, courier fees or other shipping charges are 100% responsibility of the buyer. This amount must be paid before we return the product back to you.

  • Product must be returned within 4 weeks of receiving an RMA #. Failure to do so means we will deny the RMA claim.
