Warranty

If more than 30 days has passed after receiving the product, then the defective item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If product is under manufacturer warranty it will be sent to them for repair. Shipping and repair times can take 6-8 weeks in some cases. Instructions are further down.

WARRANTY:

1. Copy of sales invoice must be included along with an RMA # (see link). Please follow the return procedure that will be provided. Please keep all packaging material in case they are needed for returning product.

2. The actual product must not be physically damaged, opened or tampered with in any way, otherwise this will IMMEDIATELY VOID all return, exchange and warranty privileges and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. On some products we may affix tamper proof labels to prevent fraudulent returns.

3. Item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If product is under manufacturer warranty it will be sent to them for repair. Shipping and repair times can take 6-8 weeks in some cases.

4. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes and brokerage charges.
